Many of the young people at Congolese art collective Yolé! Africa accuse the Dutch filmmaker Joris Postema, who made Stop Filming Us, of presenting the city of Goma from a Western neo-colonial perspective.
a) Is this correct, in your opinion, HAS Postema presented Goma from a Western neo-colonial perspective?
