In Chapter 20 Business Organizations you picked a Company Name and explained the Business of your choice (Given below). Please do the following:
1. Draft a basic contract in paragraph form including any information you believe should be included. This will encompass all of this weeks chapters.
2. After you draft the contract, explain why you included certain parts - be certain to support your work.
Choice of business: I would like to start a business of providing an app in which people get to know where there is parking space to park the vehicle. A lot of problems is faced by people these days because of lack of a proper place to park their vehicles. I would choose this business in LLP form because this will protect me from unlimited liability and will also have the freedom to do business. By doing in LLP all will be accountable and a lot of back-end work would be required to make an app and do everything. The name I would suggest for my business is Easy Park.

The Facts:
- Alex ("A") proposes marriage to Barbara ("B")
- B accepts
- A gives B an engagement ring
- After 6 months A and B get tired of each other
- The engagement is broken off
