Problem

I. Compare and contrast the two TKI reports (Susan and Jane) (i) Describe each and how their abilities could support or detract from their likelihood of successfully leading change.

II. Research a business change leader (i). Who is the leader and company? (ii) Determine what you believe their TKI index would be per conflict mode category (use the Low, Medium or High percentiles rather than a specific number) (iii) Explain why you chose the categories you did in (ii) above with evidence from your research.

III. Complete your own self assessment (i). Detail your results per category and determine what is your predominant conflict management mode (ii) Do you agree or disagree with what you found by category and provide support for each of the 5 ratings with evidence from your personal experiences (iii) If you could change one conflict handling mode in order to improve your skills in conflict management, which would it be and what steps will you take to see personal improvement?
