Ask the following questions

2. What were the factors and decisions that led to your company's current situation?
3. What are the most significant problems or obstacles that stand between you and your desired future outcomes?
4. Request a SWOT analysis from them. What is the most important strategic move they should make first, and why?
4. What additional knowledge, skills, or resources will you require to achieve your strategic objectives?
Write the vision and mission statement for an organization or business with which you conducted an interview. How could you use the balanced scorecard to determine how effectively an organization is carrying out its mission?
Based on the interview you conducted, how does chess relate to the study of strategic management? What other games might be useful in teaching strategic thinking?
Attachments/pictures should be provided as proof of the interview, whether it was a virtual conversation or a face-to-face meeting.
