Problem
When Albert died his will stated ''I leave my property to my grandchildren''. His son Jerome is married and had two children, Alex and Beatrice. His daughter Karen is married, has one child, Carmen, and is pregnant with her second child, Donald. His other son Leon is not married at the time of Albert's death (he gets married two years later and subsequently has three children, Evelyn, Frank, and Gretel). Who is entitled to inherit Albert's succession?
