Problem
In your view, are individuals who choose to have (often multiple) kids with a partner(s) with whom they are not married and have no intention of marrying, partially responsible for creating the conditions that contribute to a greater chance that their children will engage in delinquency/crime? In essence, are individuals who have children outside of marriage partially or wholly responsible for their children's involvement in delinquency and crime (this was the position of Charles Murray, a famous social scientist).
