Presentation: The 20 minute presentation is to provide a briefing to the group on one of the following:
Who do you think we are? Indigeneity.
Each student will be able to choose a topic to present. It must be presented as a PowerPoint presentation and also submit an explanatory analytical paper of the topic on the day of your presentation.
The presentation will be marked on the following: Presentation - style/correctness in terms of referencing and bibliography/ spelling and grammar
Research - background research and presentation of your research which supports the opinions and points you make in the presentation
Analysis - your analysis of the subject and depth of understanding
Learning - whether this topic you've chosen has supported your learning and that is evident in your presentation
Audience participation - including level of interest and discussion making/questions making/debate- interaction of the audience
Timing - this will be a 20 minute presentation.
This assessment item is to develop your communication, research and analytical skills.
