Your work this week has been hard for me to follow. What does "developing their own brand" have to do with an employee's "responsibility . . . to perform according to the best of their ability"?

And just what ethical issue do you intend to research regarding corporate monitoring of employee social media? I see you move into a factual discussion as to how/why a corporation might want to monitor their employees - which you then talk about in terms of giving notice to the employee. . . . and then move on to questions of harassment. How is harassment a "dilemma", though? And how is it a dilemma for the corporation?

Again: what ethical issues are present here? It sounds like you will be potentially looking to report "bad" actions taken on social media - which I trust all the ethical theories will easily condemn. I recommend that you re-think this submission, and attempt to state and refine the ethical issue it presents as well as the true ethical dilemma it presents to the corporation.

If you write a paper that merely condemns harassing people on social media, your final project will not score well. It will not have demonstrated your ability to identify, research, analyze, and draw ethically supported conclusions using the ethical theories we've been studying. I will be happy to provide additional feedback to your resubmission and, if that resubmission can identify the ethical issues and dilemma with some particularity, will consider adding additional points to this assignment.
