Examine U.S. farm policy with respect to a specific crop. Some interesting crops which will have lots of research and policy analyses are: sugar; corn/ethanol; soy beans; and milk. You are to summarize the policy/programs in place regarding that crop. Note, this exercise will be part one of your first writing assignment. The focus here is on summarizing a specific program based on official government documents, i.e. The Farm Bill; USDA programs and services.
