Company XYZ is the largest event security company in North America with over 50,000 employees. Their focus is on providing Event & Security Services around the world. Some of the events they have covered include: the London Olympics 2012, the Sochi event in Seoul Korea in 2014, and the Pan Am Games in Toronto 2015. The President of XYZ company has approached you to be the Project Manager to help plan the Security Services needed for the FIFA World Cup taking place in 2026. The events will take place in US, Mexico, and Canada. Your focus will be to provide Security Services in Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal (the 3 host cities for Canada). The FIFA World Cup takes place every 4 years, and this is the first time there will be 48 teams and 80 matches.
