o Assess the corporate culture of a company
Using your interpretation of the course material on corporate culture submit a response to the following:
1) Identify a company that is of interest to you (e.g., you might like to work at/invest in this organization or you are currently employed by/invested in it).
2) Which type of organizational culture does the company have and what is the evidence that prompted you to identify it as such?
3) Is this culture in line with what you perceive the company's strategy to be and why?
4) What recommendations can you make to improve the organizational culture and better align it with what you perceive the organization is trying to achieve?
