Problem
I. A timeline clearly indicating the development of the law and the key events leading to the change(s) in the law (i.e. court challenges, changes in societal values and/or acceptances, etc.).
II. Facts and/or history of the country's beliefs or laws PRIOR to the change(s) so that there is a clear context to understand the reasoning behind the change. This should be incorporated directly into the visual timeline.
III. Important factual information about the individual/group who proposed or challenged the law, if applicable. This should be incorporated into the visual timeline.
IV. Detailed descriptions of the method(s) in which the individual or group used to persuade legal change. This should be incorporated into the visual timeline.
V. On a separate page and in paragraph form, a brief opinion paragraph stating whether you agree or disagree with the change to the law, with reasoning.
