Task 1: Plan the project

Provide a Plan for a project you have or will undertake. Include:

• Scope of work (See Mod 1 App 1 as a guide)

• Stakeholder and relationship to project

• List of key risks

• Work breakdown structure

• Schedule

• List of required resources

• Sign-off (as appropriate)

• Variations or variation reports to contracts.

• Memos, emails, letters, minutes of meetings, which show you have monitored progress.

• Audit reports.

• Inspection reports.

• Milestone sign off.

• What key issues arose?

Task 4: Solve problems

You are required to show that you have used the problem solving process (or equivalent) as outlined in Module 2 page 13.
