A. What in your view has changed over the years with the way we argue and make a case with and against each other?
B. If you were one of the speakers in either of the 3 scenarios, who would you want to be like and why? Remember we are analyzing the scenarios in the terms of the quality of the articulation, choice of words, rationalization, organization of arguments, and not looking at gender, age, race, ethnicity. When you answer the question, please specify why you identify with that speaker based on their ability to speak and not politics association.
C. About the way women speak! Do you believe that in politics, are we still dealing with a double standard between how men are treated versus how women are? How does the way they (women) speak affect the way they are treated? Is it the way women speak, or our society inability to treat women equally that matters? While we understand that this should not happen, what could we possibly say to women as a tip to address this inequality? Should they modify the way they speak? or should they keep being bold until society catches up with the times of equality.
