Discussion Post: Natural Disasters
There are many types of natural disasters that can impact humans, such as floods, droughts, hurricanes, and earthquakes. The aftereffects of some of these natural disasters can be devastating and can take years to recover from.
Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
1) Which of these natural disasters do you feel is the worst and why?
2) Which type of natural disaster is most likely to occur in your area?
3) Is there anything your community might do to be more proactive in preventing these types of natural disasters from causing such widespread damage? Explain why or why not.
