Assignment: Leading Organization
The following two assessments help you to identify what your behavioral temperament is and what your preferred leadership style. Complete both assessments and then write a reflection analysis of your results. Your reflection analysis should include the following:
• A brief description of your results (for both assessments).
• Whether you agree or disagree with your results and an explanation of why.
• Based on your results would you classify yourself as a leader or a manager?
• Which leadership level described in the lecture do you think you are in?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
