Take some time to share with us what you learned. Maybe it had something to do with training need assessments. Did you know that organizations should try to align their training efforts with the strategy or the organization, the department? Did you know that a task needs assessment identifies what the position holder should know how to do, which incidentally should align with the strategy of the organization? Did you know that the person needs analysis, follows the task needs analysis? The task asks what should be done, the person answers what the person is capable of doing? Now that they (employees) are capable, will they do it? Does the organization provide the resources and the environment for them to transfer the learning to the job? Does the supervisor support it?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
