Problem
You walk into Mr Marconi's room and find him on the floor with a laceration above his right eye. Mr Marconi is confused and unsure of where he is. On examination his right eye is sluggish when performing a neurological assessment. You call for assistance and he is sent for a scan by the doctor, which identifies a small bleed in the brain. The doctor has asked for the patient to be monitored every hour.
