Which ethical theory most closely approximates consideration

Problem

A. Ethical theory grounds and justifies our moral decisions. Which ethical theory most closely approximates the considerations you appeal to when engaging in moral decision-making? Give an example of when you appealed to an enlightened egoist, utilitarian, Kantian (deontic), or virtue ethical reason in a dilemma or argument.

B. The four theories identify different sources of value and different responses to value. Enlightened Egoism holds that we may do whatever is in our long-term, well-considered self-interest. Utilitarianism says happiness is valuable and tells us to promote it. Kantianism (Deontology) says humanity is valuable and tells us to respect it. Virtue ethics says virtue is valuable and tells us to embody it. Which theory best answers the standard questions ethics aims to answer, such as: How should I live my life? What is the best life? Why be moral? What do we owe to each other?
