What practices, conditions, or identities are strongly stigmatized today at Howard University? Are there organized efforts to control or remove stigmatized "deviants" in school? Or are there efforts to remove the stigma or change the power of deviant identifications? Which effort would you consider more important: to control and remove deviants, or to remove the stigma?
