Obviously, a deposition is a sworn statement by someone as a witness to a legal proceeding. However, with regard to the two videos, I am wondering how they would affect the public's view as to what is learned and how it affects the understanding of what a deposition is.
1) Which video, would you say explains the deposition process more thoroughly and why?
2) Which does a better job of explaining what depositions are and how they function in the pre-trial process? How so?
