We looked at various theories of adult cognitive development. An important takeaway from our readings is the impact of both dialectical thinking (viewing issues from multiple perspectives) and contextual factors on learning. Which do you believe is more influential when developing appropriate learning activities: dialectical thinking or contextual perspective? Why?
