• An introduction: what company/issue are you covering? what does the company do?. etc.
• What the case is asking you to answer/resolve?
• Recommend an Idea/Solution for answering the question/issue
• Provide support for the recommendation

Overall. you will do well if you write up cases as if you were presenting a document to your colleagues at work. Each Case Study is worth 10 points.
