Problem
You are a lawyer in London. Two men have come to visit you. One is a Jewish and the other is an atheist. Both face discrimination at home for their beliefs. The Jewish man because he does not believe in the divinity of Jesus and the atheist because he doesn't believe in any deity. Both men want to migrate to the colonies and are curious what sort of options they have in each of the colonies. Neither man wants to pretend to be something they are not, so please don't advise them to conceal their faith or convert. Your job is to pepare a brief for them explaining the extent and limits of religious freedom in the various North American colonies (listed below) as shown in the following sources AND to make recommendations to them about which colonies are their best and worst choices:
