Homework: Stages of Life
Description
Write 500 to 750 words on the Stages-of-Life and the influence of age in health care from a patient's perspective. Interview a friend or family member about that person's experiences with the health care system. You may develop your own list of questions.
Task
i. Do you feel that your stage-of-life had any effect on your interaction with health care professionals?
ii. Which areas of the hospital or clinic were most concerned with your well-being and feelings?
iii. Was your family with you during this hospital stay or outpatient visit?
iv. Was your family included in your treatment, such as post-procedure instructions?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
