In its 2013-2016 Strategic Enforcement Plan, the EEOC set forth six priority enforcement areas it would pursue. Subsequently, it updated the SEP for Fiscal Years 2017-2021.
o What are the six priority enforcement areas identified in the original SEP?
o What two areas were added to the "emerging issues" priority in the updated SEP?
o Which area or areas you do feel are most important today? Why do you feel this/these area(s) are most important?
