- Name and outline one law that is effective and working.
- Name and outline another law that is not working effectively.
- Include relevant information such as punishments for crime and the types of crimes.
- Address whether the punishments are harsh enough to deter hacking.
- Use statistics or other research to show the law's effectiveness and lack of effectiveness.
- Make a recommendation on a law that could possibly bridge a gap in covering a new hacking method or ID theft.
- Add the punishments for that law you create or recommend.
