2. Identify a group of victims of some specific illegal activity who still has not been rediscovered and was not mentioned in this chapter. Describe the kinds of harm this group might be experiencing.
3. Identify a new policy or law that can be categorized as "pro-victim" and explain why it represents a step forward, in terms of easing suffering. Then identify an old-or new-practice or procedure that might be labeled as "antivictim"; explain why.
