Whether actions of police constitute misconduct/corruption

Assignment task:

Please discuss whether the actions of the police officers in the following scenarios constitute misconduct/corruption:

1. An officer walks into an ice cream store while on duty and orders a 'one scoop' cone and the individual behind the counter puts two scoops on and says the second one is free for the "great job the police do".

2. An officer goes into a nightclub while off-duty and the bartender tells her that "The bouncer said that he saw your police ID when you came in - we love the police" and the bartender does not charge the police officer for her drinks (although she keeps trying to pay)

3. An officer walks into a bodega and tells the owner that he has to be careful about customers 'double parking' in the front of his store. The officer then asks for a pack of Marlboro cigarettes and the man behind the counter does not charge the officer. *What action, if any, should be taken against these police officers?
