Problem
• This plot description is based on Gustav Freytag's pyramid structure. In this forum, the task is to apply Freytag's pyramid to Kate Chopin's "The Story of an Hour." Where would you find the exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution, and other plot elements in the story? Remember that no one knows how the story is "supposed" to be interpreted, so there may (and almost certainly will be) differences in how they locate the plot parts in the story.
