Search the internet for information on the state police website and/or government agencies such as the state's Department of Justice or Department of Homeland Security, and answer the following questions:

I. Is it legal to build, from a receiver, an AR-style firearm in Wisconsin?

II. Are there any conditions, such as modified components, barrel length, caliber, etc. that the builder has to take into consideration to comply with state law? If so, what are they?

III. Are there any registration procedures the builder must follow, after or before building the firearm? If so, what is that procedure?
