Give us an example of a time in your past when you experienced each of these paradigms:
1) Win, Lose: When you won, which caused someone else to lose.
2) Lose, Win: When you lost and someone else won.
3) Lose, Lose: When in partnership with someone, you both lost out.
4) Win, Win: When you worked collaboratively with someone else, allowing both your ideas to brainstorm an even better solution than you would have had on your own.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
