1. What comes to mind when you think of

(b) organizational behavior? Why?
When I think of management, the words of planning, organizing, controlling, decision-making come to my mind. While when I think of organizational behavior, the first thing that comes to my mind is actions, attitudes and behaviors of workers within an organization.
2. Off the top of your head, what organization comes to mind when you try to think of good management? How would you describe this organization?
