What's the best way to learn organic chem I reactions? I have looked at many flash cards and my text, but they all look different when I try to find some similarity for memorization. We are starting on synthetic reactions and I am finding it hard to understand. Instead of the reaction should I know the reagents and what effect they have? If so is there some kind of study guide to look at, to help in understanding this?
