Being aware of your personal leadership style will help you understand your leadership potential and empower you to lead effectively. A leader's level of self-confidence can affect his or her ability to achieve goals. Complete the self-assessment titled How Self-Confident are You? This self-assessment can be found by clicking on Unit V in the course navigation menu and selecting Nongraded Learning Activities.
What did your score indicate regarding your level of self-confidence, and what are some ways you can overcome any deficiencies you may have discovered? As you respond to your peers, feel free to provide additional suggestions that may help them.
