Currently work at bright horizons as a Coordinator.
1) Think about the improvements you would make to your current or previous organization's human resource information systems (HRIS).
2) Review the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
3) Explain the system needs and provide a few details on what you would do during each phase of the SDLC.
