Pachter Paper and Action Plan As you read the book, identify 10 or so items that you feel like you need to work on most. Keep a list. Write a short paper (3-5 pages) analyzing your management strengths/weaknesses in these areas. Develop another action plan where you lay out what you will do to deal with these issues (use the form found in 1.2 - this is a second action plan in Assignment 2). State what you are working on, how and with whom, when, and how you will assess whether it is dealt with. Make your action plan very detailed - prove you read the book thoroughly. Spread your time line over a year.
