Assignment
Track your targeted behavior for 7 days. I expect you to provide at least 1 summary per day. If you choose a behavior that occurs more frequently, providing more detail will only help you later. You need to do a thorough, good job of tracking your behavior over this 7 day period in order to successfully complete the subsequent assignments.
At a minimum, I expect to know:
-Where the behavior occurred
-What you were doing before/during/after the behavior
-Who you were with (parent/sibling/partner/friend-I do not need to know their names)
-What motivated you to engage in the behavior
-What made it hard to engage in the behavior
-Any additional stressors you were experiencing
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
