Some businesses that are shown on the PowerPoint such as Circuit City, Borders and Blockbuster and Toys R Us were industry leaders back to early 2000 in their sectors. What these firms have in common? What do you think cause their unsuccessful market competition today? Is the failure inevitable? Incorporate what you learn in week 1 module to discuss.
