a) Review the topics in Cover Letters from the Strayer University Career Center. Reflect on what you learned regarding the importance and structure of cover letters. Ascertain the key factors an employer may consider when determining whether an applicant receives a job interview.
b) Identify two key skills that you learned during this course that you think will add to your communication effectiveness, especially as they relate to appealing to potential employers.
