• Share what type of leadership style you follow: Authoritarian/autocratic, participative/democratic, or delegating and free reign. Give an example from your career. Did the leadership style help or hinder the situation in the example you provided?
• Consider a few defining moments in your career, whether they were great accomplishments or significant setbacks. What did you learn about what was important to you in the process? Compare the leadership styles that contributed to that experience.
