This module you will be selecting the company that you will be researching for the course project. Using the pre-approved list of companies below, select a company that interests you. Make sure you are satisfied with your selection because you cannot change after completing this assignment!
Company List
After making your selection, submit at least two paragraphs that include:
•Company name
•A brief overview of their products and/or services
•Why you selected this company
•What you hope to learn about customer service as a result of completing this research project
Your submitted assignment should be proofread for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Submit your completed assignment to the drop box below. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates.
Save your assignment as a Microsoft Word document. (Mac users, please remember to append the ".docx" extension to the filename.) The name of the file should be your first initial and last name, followed by an underscore and the name of the assignment, and an underscore and the date. An example is shown below:
