Problem
As you learned from this readings, the end of the Civil War meant freedom for the formerly enslaved people of the United States. But freedom meant different things to different people. The Freedman's Bureau was established to help freedmen secure the blessings of their newly won freedom.
Your problem is to use what you have learned to design a poster to educate and inform formerly enslaved people about one or more of their new rights. Your poster should clearly communicate to former slaves one or more services offered by the Freedman's Bureau. You can use clipart and you do not need to cite your sources.
Keep in mind many former slaves were illiterate and cannot read, so you may need to use a combination of words and pictures to communicate your message.
