Part A: In about a paragraph, explain how your view of management vs. leadership has changed from the beginning of this course.
Part B: In about a page, write a Philosophy of Leadership Statement. Be sure to address the following critical elements:
o Identify your leadership style, as derived from the self-assessment you completed
o Reflect on what you have learned about yourself that makes you a great team leader or a leader that can manage teams.
o Describe what your approach to motivating employees will be and how you will know what motivates them
o Describe how you will communicate difficult messages to employees
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
