As part of your analysis, apply the ethical frameworks from the last module and what you have been taught in this class about racism, sexism, economic inequality, and other power differentials--as well as cultural pathology and cultural racism--to evaluate the ethical dilemmas presented in the decisions made by Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas before he became the nominee; then chairman Joseph Biden and the Judiciary Committee at the hearings; the statements made by Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill during the confirmation hearings; and the committee and public's reactions to the statements. Then, clearly lay out/discuss your own ethical framework(s) and how they may differ from those you laid out for Clarence Thomas, Anita Hill, the committee chaired by Joseph Biden, and the public.
