Discussion Post
In our reading we are introduced to elements outside our organization: the environment around us. Emma chuckles and says it's not as though you don't have enough to worry about inside the organization. She asks you what elements of the outside environment you feel should be most important to CM Tech (the community, housing, charities, ‘green' efforts, air pollution, etc.). In your initial discussion post share with your classmates what you feel are the three most important elements outside the organization that CM Tech should focus on. Why did you choose those three and how are they important to performance management at CM Tech?
o In your responses to your peers expand on your agreement or disagreement with the most important elements they have identified and any experiences you have had with organizations focusing on these elements.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citatios.
