a) Among all the forms of contracting described, determine which one you believe would benefit the small-business owner the most. Apply this to a small business in your community.
b) What would you consider to be the advantages and disadvantages of fixed-price contracts and cost-reimbursement contracts for both the contractor and the government purchasing agency? Use the same business you chose in the first part of this discussion.
