In these sections, Ruiz explains the "image of perfection" as a concept we build in our minds as we experience the process of domestication. It is what we think we have to be to be fully accepted and loved by other people. Take a few minutes to think about your own personal "image of perfection." What do you believe you have to be? What do you believe you have to do to live up to your own image of perfection?
