What you are supposed to eat not eat any associated

Nutrition

Diet evaluation exercise (should take 15 min to 1/2 hour).

Most diets are tied to one or more nutritional beliefs, which may or may not be factually correct. The better diets have generally been around a while, are not extreme, and have shown success. Weight Watchers, for example, guides you through a gradual weight loss program, has relatively easy procedures, and maybe most importantly, has an established support program for the dieter. Many other diets are great at getting the dieter started, because pounds may come off quickly at first, but they turn out to be hard to maintain, or are overall unhealthy.

You may be amazed at the wild range of diets and claims available, so in this exercise, do the following:

1. Choose 2 diets from the following website. https://www.webmd.com/diet/evaluate-latest-diets.

2. Describe/evaluate your diets based on the following:

a. name and general approach
b. weight loss/body building claims
c. what you are supposed to eat, not eat, any associated activities
d. do you think it makes sense? ie does it seem to be backed by nutritional science?
e. how difficult would it be to stick with it?
