Consider that you are the safety professional on a large construction project. Currently, you have scaffolds being used by the masons, you have ladders that are being used by the electricians and plumbers, and there are several excavations ongoing. If you look at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards that require it, what would your plan be for ensuring all of these were inspected by a competent person?
